Scanner + Duct tape = 115 Megapixel camera?

In a remarkably cool project, artist Mike Golembewski, decided to take apart his scanner and ghetto-rig it into a sort of digital camera. The result? A 115 Megapixel camera that yields some really cool photos. Due to the method of which the scanner acquires the image there is a "time-shift" that is not present in conventional cameras. You're just gonna have to see for yourself.
